MapAI provides an AI-assisted geospatial analysis platform. The platform is available at app.mapai.net, where you can create an account and start using the service. This website provides information about the platform, research and insights content, and ways to sign up or request a structured trial. Features may evolve over time; planned features are identified separately from current capabilities.

These Terms govern this marketing website. Account creation, use of the platform, purchases, cancellation, data processing and any agreed service commitments are subject to the terms presented at app.mapai.net and any separate agreement with MapAI. Review those terms before registering or buying; visiting this website does not create a paid service contract.

Your account

Customer Sign up and Sign in links take you to app.mapai.net; this website does not host customer registration, sign-in or payment forms. Authorised website editors have a separate editor sign-in and must keep their credentials confidential and not share their access.

Plans and trials

The pricing page describes Starter and Enterprise options. Confirm current capacity, pricing, payment, tax and cancellation conditions in the app or in a written Enterprise agreement before purchasing. Submitting a structured trial request is an enquiry, not an accepted trial, purchase or guarantee of eligibility. Trials, support and procurement arrangements require agreement with us.

Registering interest in MapAI Source does not purchase or reserve a product and does not guarantee delivery by a particular date. Features marked as planned are not promised as currently available.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website, submit spam, impersonate another person or use the website unlawfully. Automated access must respect applicable law, published access controls and content rights.

Provide accurate enquiry details and only information you are authorised to share, including any IT contact details. Do not submit passwords, payment information, sensitive personal information or confidential datasets in website enquiry fields. Our handling of enquiries and newsletter consent is described in the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property
